We accept returns under certain conditions outlined below.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returns are accepted for the following items:

  • Necklaces

  • Clothing

📅 Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging and tags intact

🔄 Return process

Please contact us at trendoraboutiqueca@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The product you wish to return

We will then provide you with the return instructions.

📫 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective items.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing time: 3 to 7 business days

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

We will cover the replacement or issue a refund.
